This policy applies to purchases made as a consumer on elvorn.fr, in accordance with French and European distance selling laws.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to us at contact@elvorn.fr or via our contact page, stating your order number and the product(s) concerned, before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm the return procedure with you.
Expected Condition of the Returned Product
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals, hardware), uninstalled, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. A product that is damaged, incomplete, or clearly used beyond what is necessary to check its nature may be subject to a deduction from the refund, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
Return Shipping Costs
In the event of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. These costs are covered by Elvorn when the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.
Refund
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipment, if earlier), using the same payment method as that used at the time of purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method.
Product Defective or Damaged on Delivery
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@elvorn.fr, ideally with photos. This case falls under the legal guarantee of conformity and incurs no cost to you: replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Product Shipped
If we have shipped you a product different from the one ordered, contact us: the exchange or refund will then be free of charge to you.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
Legal Guarantees
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from mandatory legal guarantees: legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
