Orders and Delivery

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery costs €3.99 in France and €7.99 to other countries, regardless of the product. It is free with the code ELVORN, to be entered at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days. Details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

An email with the tracking link is sent to you as soon as the order is shipped. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Furniture

Is the furniture delivered assembled?

Depending on the model, simple assembly may be required upon delivery. This information is specified on each product page, in the tab dedicated to unpacking and assembly.

How can I check if a piece of furniture will fit in my home?

All dimensions are indicated in the "Measurements" tab on the product page, with a dimensioned diagram when available. Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubts.

How should I care for my furniture?

Most of our tabletops can be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products. Specific instructions for each model are provided on its product page.

Ceiling Fans

What diameter should I choose based on the size of my room?

Generally: around 90 to 110 cm for a room up to 15 m², 110 to 132 cm for 15 to 25 m², and 132 cm or more for larger spaces or open-plan areas. The recommended size is specified on each product page.

Are your fans quiet?

The noise level depends on the motor type and model. DC motors are generally quieter than standard AC motors. Please consult the technical specifications of the product you are interested in.

What is a DC motor?

A DC (direct current) motor generally consumes less electricity than a standard AC motor and operates more quietly. The motor type is indicated on each product page.

How does the summer/winter mode work?

On compatible models, it reverses the direction of the blade rotation: in summer for a cooling effect, and in winter to redistribute the warm air that accumulates near the ceiling. Check its availability on the product page.

Are the fans delivered with a remote control?

Most of our models are delivered with a remote control. The exact control method is indicated in the "Comfort & Features" tab on each product page.

Who should install my fan?

Electrical connection and ceiling mounting must be carried out by a qualified electrician, on a support capable of bearing the weight of the device.

Returns, Warranty and After-Sales Service

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The conditions are detailed in our Return Policy.

What warranty applies to my purchases?

All our products benefit from legal warranties (legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects). Details are explained in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
